Cook nutritious food for one or two people

  • Plan your meal so that you use the extra meal in new dishes. You can bake chicken breasts for a meal and use the rest in sandwiches.
  • Invite your friends or relatives to join you for a meal. You can also invite people to cooking club. This provides you an opportunity to try recipes and make cooking more enjoyable.

Get creative; don’t settle for jelly sandwiches, peanut butter or a bowl of cereal, if you’re cooking only for one or two person. Try new things in your cooking. You can create healthy meals for you and your dining partner with a little planning.
